Independent creator + commerce studio

Creator video that moves product.

SHLKN is an independent creator and social commerce studio. We make the content, find the creators, and run the programs that keep it coming. Mostly for consumer brands selling something you can show on camera.

01What we do

Four things, done properly.

Each one works on its own. They work better together, because the same people think about all four.

01

Creator Content

Scripts, creators, shoot, edit. We make the videos. They get built for the platform they are going on rather than cut down from something else, and usage is agreed before anyone films.

  • UGC
  • Scripting
  • Creator direction
  • Edit
02

Social Commerce

The content that sells the product. How it gets demonstrated, when the offer shows up, and what has to happen in the first three seconds so someone watches long enough to buy.

  • Shoppable video
  • TikTok Shop creative
  • Offer framing
  • Listing content
03

Creator Programs

We find the creators, brief them, ship the product and run the commission side. The same people every month rather than a new cast each campaign, which is the only way the content gets better.

  • Sourcing
  • Briefing
  • Seeding
  • Affiliate structures
04

Performance Creative

Taking what worked organically and making it work as an ad. New hooks, new openings, enough variants to test properly. What survives is decided by the numbers, not by what we enjoyed making.

  • Concept variants
  • Hook testing
  • Paid social
  • Iteration

02Selected work

The part that matters.

Each of these was made for a specific product, placement and audience. None of it was a general video that got adapted afterwards.

03Studio

A small studio that makes things, not decks.

Most brands do not have a creator problem. They have a volume problem. They need more good content than they can make, in formats that change every few months, from people their customers already trust.

That is the job. The people who plan the work are the people who make it, so nobody sits in the middle translating what you said into a brief.

  • We start with the platform

How people actually watch comes first. The brand campaign gets fitted around that, not the other way round.

  • Creative gets judged commercially

The question is whether it sells the product, not whether it looks good in a case study.

  • Built to keep going

Set up as something that runs every month, with a process behind it, rather than a campaign with an end date.

04How we work

Four steps, then repeat.

The same four steps every time. Nothing about how we work should be a surprise to you.

  1. 01

    Discover

What the product is, what the offer is, who buys it and why. What the content has to prove comes out of that.

  2. 02

    Match

Direction and casting together. The right person for the category beats the person with the biggest following.

  3. 03

    Make

Briefs, shoots, edits, variants. Run as a process, so output is steady instead of arriving in bursts.

  4. 04

    Learn

What worked gets pushed harder. What did not gets dropped early rather than defended.

05Questions

Things people ask.

We make creator content and run the programs around it. That covers sourcing creators, producing UGC, building affiliate programs, and turning the ideas that work into paid creative.

Consumer brands with a physical product you can show someone using. If watching a person use it changes whether you would buy it, creator content earns its place. If it does not, we will say so.

Yes. Finding, vetting and briefing creators is part of the job, and we keep the good ones on an ongoing roster rather than recasting every campaign. We pick for fit with the product and the category, not follower count.

Yes. Demonstration video, creator affiliate content, shoppable formats, and how all of it sits around a listing. We do that work as an independent studio, on our own account, for the brands and creators who hire us.

That is most of what we do. Running continuously is what makes the work compound. Briefs sharpen, creators get better at the product, and you can build on what performed instead of starting over.

No, and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. How a video performs depends on the product, the offer and the market at least as much as on the creative. What we will commit to is the quality of the work, a process you can follow, and telling you straight what the numbers say.

Email us with what you sell and who buys it. That is genuinely enough for a first conversation. If it looks like a fit we come back with a scope and a price, not a sequence of discovery calls.

Work with us

Let's make something worth watching.

Tell us what you sell and who buys it. That is enough to start.
